Noodle slaw*

Combine cabbage and noodles in large bowl
- 1 454g. (1 lb.) bag of shredded cabbage with carrots
- 2 85 g.(3 oz) pkg of instant noodles with chicken seasoning broken up
- 1 pkg chicken seasoning (this is in addition to the others)
- 4 - 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 4 tsp. cooking oil
- 4 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
HEARTY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

In a 5 qt. slow cooker, combine the first six ingredients
- 12 fresh baby carrots, cut in 1/2" pieces
- 4 celery ribs, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 cloves halved garlic
- 2 1/2 boneless skinless chichen breast halves
- 4 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
- 9 oz. cooked el dente pasta

Warm up your bowl (with hot water)and put in the dough hook
- 5 c. flour
- 2 pkg. Active Dry Yeast
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. warm water
*NUTTY QUINOA SALAD

Salad: Combine water and quinoa in medium saucepan
- Salad:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup Quinoa, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup diced english cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- Sprinkle of salt
- Nutty Lime Dressing
- 3 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic (1/4 tsp.)
- 2 tsp. finely grated gingerroot (or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Topping:
- 1/3 cup chopped salted peanuts

OATMEAL BARS

Preheat oven 350 F. Mix everything together and press lightly into 11" x 13" pan
- 2/3 c. softened butter
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. oatmeal (old fashioned or quick)
