  • 1 pkg chicken seasoning (this is in addition to the others)
  • 4 - 5 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 tsp. cooking oil
  • 4 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

  • 12 fresh baby carrots, cut in 1/2" pieces
  • 4 celery ribs, cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 cloves halved garlic
  • 2 1/2 boneless skinless chichen breast halves
  • 4 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
  • 9 oz. cooked el dente pasta

  • 2 tsp. finely grated gingerroot (or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger)
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Topping:
  • 1/3 cup chopped salted peanuts
