BANANA CREAM PIE****

Make pie crust and bake. Mix cornstarch and cold water together
- 3 - 5 bananas
- 2 1/4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 egg yolks
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
PINEAPPLE WHIP**

Combine crumbs with melted butter
- 2 1/2 c. graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. sifted icing sugar
- juice from drained pineapple
- 2 unbeaten eggs
- 20 oz. can of well drained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
BANANA CAKE

Dissolve the baking soda in milk
- 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. sour milk
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/12 c. chopped walnuts
CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CUPCAKES

- 1 1/4 c. softened margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. baking cocoa

- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 c. grated zucchini
- 1 c. grated carrots

- 1 round tub of Glysomed handcream minus 1 tbsp.
- 1 tbsp. T/gel shampoo
FROZEN BERRY FLUFF

Mix crumbs and butter and press into buttered 9 x 13 pan
- 2 c. graham wafer crumbs
- 5 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.)
- 1 c. whip cream - whipped
EGG WHITE ICING

Boil sugar, syrup and cold water until it threads (approximately 10 minutes)
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 beaten egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
CRISCO ICING*

Cream icing sugar and crisco
- 1 lb. icing sugar
- 8 oz. crisco
- 2 beaten egg whites
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
CHICAGO STYLE PAN PIZZA

Press dough onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 13 x 9" pan
- 1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 lb. bulk italian sausage
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seed, crushed (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
