Mix peanut butter, butter, rice crispies, walnuts and vanilla together
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. rice crispies
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 bar chocolate
- 1 walnut sized parawax

PEANUT BLOSSOMS

Sift flour, soda and salt
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- chocolate blossoms or kisses
Quinoa & Sausage Stuffed tomatoes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 to 3 raw chorizo sausages, casing removed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
- Juice of 1 to 2 limes
- 3 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 4 large tomatoes, cut in 1/2, seeds removed
- 1 1/2 About 1 1/2 cups grated white cheddar cheese

Cream margarine, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
GOLDEN GRAHAMS SMORES****

SPRAY ALL UTENSILS WITH PAM OR BUTTER THEM
- Spray all utensils and bowls with Pam or butter them.
- 5 c. minature marshmallows
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- 6 tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 c. Golden Graham cereal
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. milk chcolate chip
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Chicken Parmesan

- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus 3 tablespoons
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/2 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 2 (28-ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained and hand-crushed
- Pinch sugar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts (about 11/2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1 (8-ounce) ball fresh buffalo mozzarella, water drained
- Freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 pound spaghetti pasta, cooked al dente
TICK REPELLENT

Combine the 3 ingredients and put into a clean spray bottle
- 20 drops lemongrass essential oil
- 20 drops eucalyptus essential oil
- 4 0z. warm water
CHERRY SQUARES

350 F Oven Mix flour, butter, brown sugar and baking powder
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 lb. glazed cherries
- 3 beaten stiff egg whites
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
APPLE STRUDEL **

Preheat oven 425 F. Lightly grease a baking sheet
- 2 heaping c. apples thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c. loosely packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 5 sheets phyllo dough ( 14x18) or 9x14 (makes 2 small strudels)
- 5 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. icing sugar
