CHOCOLATE DELIGHT DESSERT

Butter 9 x 9 pan. Cover with 1/4" layer of vanilla wafer crumbs
- Graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 melted square unsweetened chocolate
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 beaten egg whites
- 1 c. whip cream
Beef 'n Macaroni Bake

PREPARE macaroni and add cheese
- (14 oz.) Macaroni
- cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
ORANGE ROLLED OAT COOKIES

Pre heat oven to 350 F. Cream shortening and sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. grated orange rind
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. rolled oats
CANNED CRABAPPLES

Wash crabapples, then drain
- 26 cranapples
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. hot water
APPLESAUCE SPICE CAKE

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour three 9" cake pans
- Frosting:
- Cake
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 c. margarine at room temperature
- 1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. applesauce
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. dark raisins
- 1 c. margarine at room temperature
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
LEMON (BREAD) CAKE ****

Cream sugar and shortening
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 beaten eggs
- rind of a lemon
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- juice of the lemon
MAKEOVER CHEESECAKE BARS

In small bowl, combine the flour, walnuts and Splenda; cut in butter until crumbly
- Filling:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar Splenda
- 1/4 cup cold butter
- 4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
- 4 oz. fat free cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tbsp. fat free milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
LEMON PUDDING*

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, lemon, beaten egg yolks and milk
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 lemon juice and rind
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 level tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
CHOCOLATE OATMEAL CRUNCHES (Unbaked) Bess

Boil the first four ingredients in a pan for 5 minutes
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. coconut or raisins
- 3 c. oatmeal

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon soy flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ

- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar, plus more for topping (optional)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 3/4 cup grated or finely chopped vegetables (carrots, zucchini and/or spinach)
- 3/4 cup grated or finely chopped fresh or dried fruit (apples, pears, pineapple and/or raisins)
