MARSHMALLOW PINEAPPLE SALAD

Mix together the cream cheese, pineapple and marshamallows
- 1 8 ounce pkg. fat free cream cheese or Neutchatel, softened
- 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 small container Cool Whip topping
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half

Combine molasses, sugar, shortening and baking soda in a heavy saucepan
- 1 c. dark molasses
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 well beated egg.

- 4 sq. semi sweet chocolate
- 1 c. nuts
RUM BALLS

Mix water, chopped chocolate and sugar together in a saucepan
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 tsp. rum extract
- pinch of salt

- 1 lbs. beef stir-fry strips
- 1/2 cup sliced onionl lb. bag of frozen mixed vegatables (thawed)

- 1/2 c. boiling water

- 2 cans Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 6 oz. fresh lemon juice (try 5 oz instead of 6 oz)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 small package Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 cup Sour Cream

- 4 Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 cups Mini Chocolate Chips

- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Boiling Water
- 4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Butter
- Skor Candy Bars / Additional Chocolate Chips for Decoration
