SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS**

Make the meatballs and cook in the olive oil
- meatballs:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- sauce:
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 minced clove galic
- 1 lb. stewed tomatoes
- 6 oz. tomato past
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash HP sauce
LASAGNE****

Brown beef in oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until transparent
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 1 20 oz. tin tomatoes
- 2 6 oz. tin tomato paste
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 carton cottage cheese
- 1 8 oz. pkg. lasagne
- 1/2 lb. mozzeralla cheese
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (Mom)

Cream together the margarine, sugar and vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
PINEAPPLE SPONGE*

Combine gelatine and cold water
- 1 tbsp. unflavoured gelatine
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp. canned pineapple juice
- 2 egg whites
CRANBERRY-APPLE STRUDEL

Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
- Per Serving:
- Butter flavored nonstick cooking spray
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 medium Golden Delicious Apples, cored, peeled and diced
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 3 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs, divided
- 1/4 c. toasted almonds, chopped

- 3 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 2 tbsp. poppyseeds or to your liking
MILK CHOCOLATE FLORENTINE COOKIES******

Preheat oven to 375 F. Line baking sheets with foil
- 2/3 c. butter
- 2 c. quick oats
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. milk chocolate morsels
PIZZA****

Preheat oven to 500F. If you have a pizza stone put in oven to heat
- 5 c. all purpose flour
- 2 pkgs. (4 1/2 tsp.) active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. warm water
*CUSTARD BERRY PARFAITS

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 2/3 cup 1% milk
- 2 egg yolks lightly beaten
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups mixed fresh berries
- Berries 1/2 c.
- Custard 1/4 c.
