Peanut Butter Blossoms

Combine all ingredients except candy, in a large mixer bowl
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 browns sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 48 Hershey kisses

Beefy Mexican Soup

Cook and stir beef, onion, and pepper in Dutch oven until beef is brown
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c)
- 1/4 c chopped green pepper
- 1 pkg Hamburger Helper mix for Chili Tomato
- 5 c water
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 (16 oz) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can whole kernel corn
- 2 tbsp sliced pitted ripe olives
Antipasto

Cut salami and provolone into cubes
- 1/2 lb chunk of Genoa salami
- 1/2 lb chunk of domestic provolone
- chick peas
- 1 jar marinated mushrooms
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
- salad or roasted peppers
- pepperoncini
- black olives
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- hard boiled eggs
Cheese Balls

Preheat oven to 350. Squeeze sausage from casing
- 1 pkg coon cheese
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 3 c Bisquick (= 1 16.4 oz box)
Punch

Place half of sherbert in punch bowl
- 1/2 gal. orange sherbert
- 1/2 gal. ginger ale
- 1 can hawaiian punch
- ice mold (water/fruit juices/cherries)
Strawberry Yogurt Dip

Mix whipped topping, yogurt, and strawberries in small bowl
- 1 c thawed Cool Whip Lite Topping
- 1 container (8 oz) strawberry lowfat yogurt
- 1/2 c finely chopped strawberries, sweetened
- assorted fresh fruit for dipping
Crabmeat and Cheese Appetizer

Blend ingredients together and spread over English muffin halves
- 6 Thomas' English muffins
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 jar Old English Jack cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 stick butter, softened
Hot Artichoke Spread
