Ingredients
- 1 pkg coon cheese
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 3 c Bisquick (= 1 16.4 oz box)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Squeeze sausage from casing.
Melt cheese in double boiler.
Add sausage and mix well.
Add Bisquick and mix well by hand.
Shape into balls about 3/4 in.
Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Note: To prepare ahead of time, mix and shape balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Thaw before baking.
