Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c)
- 1/4 c chopped green pepper
- 1 pkg Hamburger Helper mix for Chili Tomato
- 5 c water
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 (16 oz) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can whole kernel corn
- 2 tbsp sliced pitted ripe olives

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and stir beef, onion, and pepper in Dutch oven until beef is brown.
Drain.
Stir in sauce mix, water, chili powder, garlic salt, salt, and tomatoes (with liquid).
Break up tomatoes with fork.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
Stir in macaroni, corn (with liquid), and olives.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Garnish with corn chips if desired.
