Ingredients

  • ½

    lb chunk of Genoa salami

  • ½

    lb chunk of domestic provolone

  • chick peas

  • 1

    jar marinated mushrooms

  • 1

    jar marinated artichoke hearts

  • salad or roasted peppers

  • pepperoncini

  • black olives

  • lettuce

  • tomatoes

  • hard boiled eggs

Directions

Cut salami and provolone into cubes. Drain other ingredients and reserve some liquid to use as dressing. Layer all ingerdients.
