- 1 lb (500 g) strawberries, about 3 cups (750 mL)
- 275 -g container mascarpone cheese, about 11/4 cups (300 mL)
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated sugar or 1/4 cup (50 mL) honey
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) orange-flavoured liqueur or orange juice
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) orange juice
- 15 large or 24 medium ladyfinger biscuits
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) thick chocolate sauce or Nutella
Carrot Muffins/Cake

- Frosting:
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
