BANANA BREAD BROWNIES

1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour 15x10-inch jelly roll pan
- Brown Butter Frosting:
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1-3/4 (3 or 4) ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. milk
Texas Shrimp And Beer Dip

Combine the shrimp, cream cheese, jalapeños, chopped onion and beer in a food processor
- 2 cups Hill Country Fare Frozen Fully Cooked Shrimp, thawed & drained
- 1 package H-E-B Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup H-E-B Harvest Moon Pickled Jalapeño Slices, drained
- 1/2 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Shiner Bock Beer
Amazing Deviled Eggs

Boil and peel eggs. Slice eggs lengthwise, remove yolks, place in mixing bowl and set aside
- 12 Eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 3 jalapeño peppers
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red onion (minced)
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

Habanero Hot Sauce

1. Heat the oil in a sauce pan over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 habanero peppers
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tomato
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Oreo truffles

Place Oreo Cookies in a bag/blender and smash/blend until it is the consistency of dirt
- 1 16oz package of Oreo Cookies
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 1 16oz pack Cooking Chocolate (Hershey's Semi sweet chocolate chips the best)
Avocado Chicken Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 375°F. In medium sauce pan, saute garlic in butter over medium-high heat for about 1 minute
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup mild or medium salsa verde (depending on how hot you want it)
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- Ingredients for the Enchiladas
- 3-4 cups cooked chicken breasts, chopped or shredded
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 3 avocados, peeled and chopped
- 8 flour tortillas
German Chocolate Cake Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- German Chocolate Cookies
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix (or regular chocolate cake mix)
- 1/3 c. Vegetable or canola oil
- 2 eggs
- Caramel-Coconut Frosting
- 1 jar caramel sauce (10-12 ounces)
- 2/3 c. coconut flakes
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
- flaky sea salt (optional)
Spaghetti Pizza

Directions: Cook spaghetti according to directions
- Directions: Cook spaghetti according to directions. As
- spaghetti is cooking, grease (olive oil) a large cast iron
- skillet and place in oven at 400°. When spaghetti is done
- drain and place in hot skillet. Top with your favorite pizza
- flavors. First layer—pizza sauce, then pizza toppings of
- your choice (Italian sausage, hamburger, green peppers,
- onion, mushrooms, pepperoni, black olives, jalapenos,
- etc...) Then add lots of cheese (varieties of your choice).
- You can add any other toppings of your choice. Cook in
- 400-500 ° oven until the cheese is bubbly. Cut into slices
- and serve.
SKILLET SPICY RANCH CHIKEN

Heat the olive oil in a large (12-inch or larger) skillet
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- – 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- – 1/4 yellow or red onion, chopped
- – 1 packet Spicy Ranch Mix
- – 1 red bell pepper, cored and chopped
- – 1 green bell pepper, cored and chopped
- – 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- – 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- – 1 1/2 cups instant brown rice
- – 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken stock
- – 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- – Cilantro, for serving
