- Cake:
- 1 cup Libby's Pumpkin Puree
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- For the topping:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
