Raspberry Dream Cups

SPRINKLE graham crumbs onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups
- 1/3 cup Honey Maid Graham Crumbs
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (10 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Raspberry Jelly Powder
- 1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia 95% Fat Free Cream Cheese Product
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- Zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime, divided
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
5 Minute Sauce

Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add onion, garlic, and chili peppers
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (60ml)
- 28 oz canned peeled plum tomatoes, pureed (790g)
- dried chili peppers, crushed
- 5 basil leaves, torn
- Salt to season
Crab Spread

Mix first six ingredients well
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon Accent
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 8 ounces crab meat
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese
- Paprika
Lemon Chicken

1. Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise
- 4 skinned and boned chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 8 lemon slices
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Garnish: lemon slices

- 2 heads roasted garlic heads
- 5 large russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 5 whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 cup (8 ounces) butter, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Ham (Red Wine Glaze)

Pour glaze over ham, baste every 30 minutes
- Glaze:
- 2 cups red wine (cheap and dry)
- ¾ to 1 cup of brown sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)
- 2 tbls. Dry mustard
Marinated Chicken Breast

Put the vinegar, herbs, mustard, powders if using and oil in a large re-sealable plastic bag
- 1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar, like cider, balsamic, or red wine
- 2 to 3 teaspoons dried herbs, like thyme, oregano, rosemary, or crumbled bay leaf
- 1 to 2 tablespoons mustard, whole grain or Dijon
- 1 to 2 teaspoon garlic or onion powder, optional
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, each about 6 ounces
Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9"x5" loaf pan
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/3 cups over ripe bananas, mashed
Hummus
