- 4 cups Molino Caputo Tipo 00 flour
- 1 1/2 cups, plus 2 TBL water
- 2 tsp salt

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp water

- 1 pork tenderloin (1 1/4 lb)

Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

- 2 cups red wine or Burgundy wine (I use the cheap cooking wine, and it still turns out mouth-watering)

- 1 tbsp. (15 mL) cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground cloves

- 1 whole Onion, Diced

- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
