Asian Sesame-Shrimp Stir-Fry

Cook spaghetti as directed on package
- 225 g (1/4 of 900-g pkg.) spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/4 cup Kraft Signature Asian Sesame Dressing
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) uncooked peeled deveined large shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) snow peas, stems removed
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
Shrimp Jambalya

In a large skillet, fry bacon
- 1/2 to 1/3 pkg. bacon, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & finely chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 can (14 oz.) tomatoes
- 1 can (5 1/2 oz.) tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt & 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lbs. raw shrimp
- Scallops, optional
- 2 cups cooked rice

Preheat oven to 325°F Brown meat
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
- 10 oz can tomato paste
- 19 oz can tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

1. Preheat oven to 350, spray an 8X8 baking pan with vegetable cooking spray 2
- 1 1/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. Splenda
- 1/3 c. Melted butter
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. Splenda
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 c. Sour cream
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. Fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 c. Apricot preserves
- 1 T. water
Simple Brown Gravy

Boil all ingredients in a pot together, except for thickener
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
- 2 tablespoons butter or
- margarine
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water

- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups water
