  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup / 135g sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup / 90g flax seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (for sugar-free diets, use a pinch of stevia)
