Preheat the oven to 180C
- 1 6-hole muffin pan
- 2 bowl
- 1 pastry brush

- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup instant oats
- 500 g steak (beef)
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs mustard seeds

. In a flexible, silicon loaf pan combine all dry ingredients, stirring well
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup / 135g sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup / 90g flax seeds
- 1/2 cup / 65g hazelnuts or almonds
- 1 1/2 cups / 145g rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 4 Tbsp. psyllium seed husks (3 Tbsp. if using psyllium husk powder)
- 1 tsp. fine grain sea salt (add 1/2 tsp. if using coarse salt)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (for sugar-free diets, use a pinch of stevia)
- 3 Tbsp. melted coconut oil or ghee
Chocolatey Avocado Chickpea Cookies (Gluten Free/ Grain Free/ Egg Free/ Dairy Free/ Refined Sugar Free)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 c. cooked, rinsed chickpeas
- 1/2 c. nut or seed butter (I have used almond and peanut butters)
- 2 ripe avocados- pits and skin removed
- 1/3 c. honey or maple syrup for vegan
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. raw cacao or cocoa
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/3 c. dairy free chopped dark chocolate (optional)
Coconut Oil Roasted Spiced Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees ºF

- 3 lbs. cubed sweet potatoes (about 5 medium)
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together eggs, brown sugar, applesauce, peanut butter and vanilla
- 2/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups oats
- 3/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 scoops chocolate soy protein powder

- 1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 cups spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, white and light green parts only, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/3 cup chile paste, thinned with 2 tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or tamari
- 1 7-oz. can diced mild green chiles
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

Roughly chop bacon(this can be difficult without a really sharp knife) and place in saute pan over medium heat
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- Approx. 1 lb. brussel sprouts
- 1 medium onion

- 1 1/2 lbs. radishes (any kind or a mixture)
- 3 Tbls. olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar-free dijon mustard (or sugar-free yellow mustard)
- 2 Tbls. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbls. chopped fresh dill
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Pinch stevia or xylitol, to taste
- Salt/pepper to taste
