1. Combine the first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup shredded zucchini
Lemon Sauce

- 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1-3/4 cups cold milk
- 1 package (3 oz) instant lemon pudding

- Dry Ingredients:
- 3 cups sprouted brown rice flour
- 3/4 cup arrowroot powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Wet Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain organic kefir (cow, goat, or coconut)
- 3 large organic eggs
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 1 ⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can evaporated milk, divided
- 1 (4 1⁄2-pound) chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 (10 3⁄4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 3 ⁄4 cup water
- Hot cooked rice (optional)
- Asparagus (optional)
Roast Garlic

Directions: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
- Here is how to roast your own head of garlic:
- Ingredients:
- 1 whole head garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Slice a little bit off the bottom of the head of garlic, just so that it sits upright. Remove any loose layers of skin off the bulb and cut a 1/4 inch off the top of the head of garlic to reveal the cloves inside.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper.

- 1/2 C. packed brown sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 3 large ripe peaches, mashed
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
