- 2 2 2 Tbls. vegetable broth or water
- 6 6 2 ounces (about 2 cups) sliced crimini (baby bella) mushrooms
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 2 2 tsp. Simply Organic All-Purpose Seasoning (or another seasoning blend you like)
- 2 2 2 tsp. minced fresh jalapeños (optional)
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 cups (packed) fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 4 4 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 9 9 9 egg whites
- 3 3 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Cream Puffs

Directions Mix together vanilla instant pudding mix, cream and milk
- 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
Breakfast quinoa with blueberries

- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup water

Butterfinger Oatmeal

- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 C quick oats
- 12 mini Butterfinger bars {or 2 regular size}, roughly chopped
Cream of Asparagus Soup

Directions Cut off asparagus tips and reserve
- 2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen asparagus spears
- 1/8 C. Italian dressing
- 1 1/4 C. chopped onions
- 3 C. chicken broth (either canned or your own)
- 3/4 C. light cream or half and half
- ground nutmeg
- white pepper
Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip

Combine: Mix the first three ingredients together
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 6 oz container of frozen (concentrated) orange juice
- Fruit for dipping (strawberries, mango, grapes, pineapple, etc)
Snickers Salad With Cream Cheese

First in a large bowl mix together your cream cheese and Cool Whip
- It’s a simple 4 ingredient recipe. All you will need for the snicker salad are two granny smith apples
- 8 ounce block of cream cheese
- 8 ounces of Cool Whip
- 11 ounce bag of fun-sized snickers.
Quick Chocolate Creams

- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons white corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
