Spelt Apple Spice Bread Recipe - Healthy Choice Recipes

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a loaf pan
- 1 1/3 cup Spelt Flour, Whole Grain
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 2 cups Apple (two different varieties), peeled, chopped and lightly packed
- 1 tsp Sea Salt

Serve this in a small crock pot
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 pound processed cheese (cubed)
- 1 can (1 pound) stewed tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 package dry enchilada seasoning
Olive Garden Copycat House Dressing

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix well
- 1/2 1/2
- cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 1/3
- cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Romano cheese
- 1/4 1/4
- teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 1/4
- teaspoon Italian seasoning.
- 1/2 1/2
- teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Raised Donuts*

Mix all ingredients and let raise, about 20 minutes
- GLAZE:
- 1-1/3 cups scalded milk
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cakes yeast
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4-5 cups flour
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons corn starch
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla
- Enough water to thin.
Cinnamon Bread

Combine oil, 1 cup sugar, egg, buttermilk, soda, four and salt; beat well
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
Green Diva Dressing

- Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 lacinato kale leaf
- 5-7 fresh basil leaves
- 1-2 fresh garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

- 2 cups canned no-salt-added or low-sodium black beans, drained
- 1 1/4 cups pitted dates
- 2 tbsp raw almond butter

- 1 15-oz. can navy or Great Northern beans, drained
- 1 clove fresh garlic, peeled
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 ounces drained tuna (in pouches, or canned in water)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley
- Freshly ground black pepper

- 300 g (2 cups) unbleached white spelt flour, plus extra for rolling out (if you use wholemeal they’ll be crumbly – up to a third wholemeal is ok though)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp baking powder (optional, but I think they’re nicer with)
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
