- For the crust:
- 1 1/2Cups1 1/2 Cups cashews or almonds
- 3Cups3 Cups desiccated coconut
- 1Tablespoon1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- Seeds of 1/2 vanilla pod
- 1/21/2 Xylitol (can use raw honey on maintenance plan)
- 1Tablespoon1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- In a coffee grinder, grind the xylitol to a fine powder.
- In a food processor grid the nuts into a fine crumb mixture.

- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup sweet rice flour or tapioca flour/starch
- 1/4 cup potato starch (not potato flour)
- 2 1/8 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter or dairy-free alternative, chilled and chopped
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons honey or 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- ❧ Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, coconut creamer or milk of choice, room temperature
- 1/2 cup dried cherries

Directions Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- 1 3/4 C. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 C. shortening
- 2/3 C. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 C. well mashed, overripe banana (2 or 3 bananas)
- 1/2 C. coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)

Mix dry ingredients. Add 3/4 c hot water
- 2 c spelt flour
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 3/4-1 c hot water

Step 2: Prepare and bake the crust Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- For the pizza crust, you will need:
- 2 eggs
- 1 8oz package cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese, brought to room temperature
- 1 cup parmesan cheese - shredded or grated
- 9 x13" baking pan
- cooking spray to coat pan
- For the sauce, you will need:
- 1 6oz can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup sangria
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Toppings of your choice, we used 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and sliced pepperoni.
