- Dill pickles (32 oz. jar)
- Eggs (1 dozen, boiled)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Small amount of Miracle Whip
- Slice of onion (minced)
- Yellow mustard (a dab)

- 1/2 cup almond butter (or another natural nut butter)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup almond flour or cashew meal
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup ground pecans
- 1 teaspoon real sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (aluminum free)
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- pecan halves (optional)
Sweet Potato Burgers

Make the burgers: Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Tahini Dressing:
- Serves 8
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cups cooked cannellini beans or 2 (15-oz) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tsp favorite spice blend, such as cajun or curry powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 5 oz mixed salad greens
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 2 tbsp tahini paste
- Juice and zest of 1 large lemon
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. of soy sauce
- 2 2 2 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 1 1 tsp of cornstarch
- 1 1 1 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
- 1 1 1 Tbsp. of ginger
- 2 2 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup of sugar snap peas, halved
- 1 1 1 pound of chicken breast, sliced
- Chopped scallions for garnish
