- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 30-40 mini marshmallows
- 10 oz. high quality dark chocolate, chopped, melted & tempered
- A fine flake salt for garnish (I used Murray River Salt)

How to use: Gently rub a few drops into the skin of the arms and legs
- Preparation:
- /2 litre of alcohol
- 100 gram of whole cloves
- 100 ml of baby oil or similar (almond, sesame, chamomile, lavender, fennel etc)
- Leave cloves to marinate in alcohol four days
- Stir every morning and evening
- After 4 days add the oil
- It's now ready to use.
Chewy Date Granola Bars

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands to form a dough
- 3/4 c white whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c oats
- 1/3 c shredded coconut
- 1/3 c ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 4 tbsp solidified coconut oil
- 1/2 c sliced almonds
- 8 medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
Sunshine Power Muffins

Instructions Preheat oven to 375F
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons finely grated orange rind
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots (about 5 ounces)
- 1/3 cup granola

- 1/2 cup wild rice
- 1 pound bacon
- 3 Tablespoons bacon drippings

1. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a heavy, medium-sized pot over medium-high heat
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1-1/2 pounds fresh broccoli
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 3 tablespoons, all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups vegetable broth, low sodium
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
