Chocolate Chubbies*

Position racks in the center and top third of the oven and preheat to 350°F
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 9 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate (no more than 62% cacao), finely chopped
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups superfine sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
Marshmallow Easter Eggs

Directions Mix gelatin and cold water
- 2 Tbs. Knox gelatin
- 1/2 C. cold water
- 2 C. sugar
- 3/4 C. hot water
- 1 C. white Karo syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Corn starch for hands
- Melted milk chocolate

Frozen Chocolate Crunch Bites

- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cacao/cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons maca powder
- 3 tablespoons finely shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
Paleo Beef Stew

To begin, brown stewing beef in a frying pan, with spices
- stewing beef(about 3 lbs)
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- sweet potato, cubed (about 1lb)
- 1 small to medium onion, chopped
- 4 cups beef stock
- 4-5 carrots-chopped
- 1 15-16 oz can tomato sauce(preferably organic and bpa free)

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 full droppers liquid vanilla stevia
- Fruit Toppings: 2 apricots chopped, 1 nectarine chopped, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup blueberries

I just love almost every kind of homemade granola, especially when I combine it with homemade almond milk
- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups raw pecans and/or walnuts
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 inch chunk of ginger root, minced
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
