Strawberry Cream Squares

Dissolve gelatin in water and add strawberries, stirring until thawed
- 2 (3 oz) packages strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 packages (10 oz) frozen strawberries
- 1-1/2 cups crushed pineapple
- 3 medium bananas, diced
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup sour cream
Broccoli Bacon Raisin Salad

Break broccoli into small bite size pieces
- Dressing:
- 1 Bunch fresh Broccoli (washed and drained)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 lb. bacon (fried crisp, drained and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup raisins or cranberries
- 1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar

It’s hard to believe these cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and low glycemic
- PREHEAT oven to 425° F
- 1/3 cup raw nut butter (almond, cashew, etc.)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbls. olive oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup organic coconut sugar
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Flour
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1 cup oats (certified gluten free, if desired)
- 1/2 cup organic carob chips or unsweetened chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 chopped raw nuts
- 1/2 cup dried cherries (optional)

- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 4 large egg whites
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbls. finely chopped ginger

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey (if using solid honey melt first)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- Black pepper, to taste
- Flax seeds (optional), to taste
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon garlic powder (adjust to taste)
