Fresh Coriander Chutney

1. Blend lemon juice, water, and fresh coriander until the herb is coarsely chopped
- This tasty chutney is considered tridoshic, meaning it can be enjoyed by any dosha type. Add 1 teaspoon to your kitchari for some diversity.
- 1 bunch fresh coriander (cilantro or Chinese parsley)
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c purified water
- 1/4 c unsweetened dry coconut
- 2 T fresh ginger root, chopped
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Chocolate Mint Brownies

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix plus the Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
- Filling
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened (from 3 oz package)
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 2 drops green food color
- Topping
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/3 cups (8 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup butter (do not use margarine)

- 8 ounces ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped

- 1 jar (24 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup macaroni or ditalini (4 ounces)
