Cooking Rhubarb: wash pieces, cut off ends cut into 2 inch pieces, cover with filtered water in pot 2 tablespoons X...

  • 2 scoops pea protein powder or 1 scoop Jay Robb's egg white (makes it like a mousse)
  • 2 cups cooked rhubarb (see below)
  • (sometimes I add 1 handful fresh spinach and only 1 cup rhubarb)
  • Add to taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, Stevia (sometimes 1/2 tablespoon raw cacao)
  • Blend to desired consistency by adding water as needed. I use some of the liquid that was produced when cooking the Rhubarb.

  • 1/4 C vegetable oil
  • 1 t vanilla
