Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges Phase 3

1. Scrub sweet potatoes and peel if you simply don’t like the peel
- Ingredients:
- Makes four servings
- 4 small or 2 large organic sweet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2-1 teaspoon sea salt or fleur de sel
- fresh ground pepper (several grindings)
- 1-2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Golden Milk

Golden Milk, made with turmeric and ginger, is used as an anti-inflammatory in the Ayurvedic tradition
- 1-1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp powdered turmeric
- 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
- 10 oz. of almond or coconut milk, unsweetened
- Raw honey or grade B maple syrup, to taste
- Freshly grated nutmeg (regular is fine too)

- 2 pounds lean corned beef brisket, all fat trimmed off
- 1 cup frozen pearl onions
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 medium parsnips, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 small head cabbage, cut into 6 wedges
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon whole peppercorns

- 1 cup peanut butter (I used crunchy) or nut butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (no substitutes–this gives these creamy texture and coconut flavor)
- 2 cups oats (regular–not quick or instant)
- 1 1/4 cups mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (I used about 1/4 cup cranberries and 1/3 cup chopped pecans)

If sweet potatoes aren't your cup of tea, you could use another veggie pasta of choice
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream or Heavy Coconut Cream from a Can
- 1 TBSP Butter (Dairy or Nondairy)
- 4 Tsp Starch (Tapioca, Arrowroot or Potato Starch)
- 2 TBSP Frank's Red Hot (or other hot sauce of choice)
- Pinch of Salt (to taste)
- Pinch of Pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Chili Powder (optional)
- 1 lb of Chicken (poach or make in a skillet)
- 3 Sweet Potato, spiralized
- 2-3 TBS oil for cooking the sweet potatoes.
Sour Cream and Dill Dip

In a large bowl, mix ingredients
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 1 heaping Tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 heaping Tablespoon green onion, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste.
