One Minute Berry Ice Cream

Directions Blend honey, yogurt and mint in a food processor
- 1 pkg. mixed frozen berries
- fresh blueberries
- 3 –4 Tbs. honey
- 1 tub of yogurt
- sprigs of fresh mint
Homemade Strawberry Fruit Rollups

You can use frozen strawberries for this recipe, just make sure to thaw them before pureeing
- 8 oz strawberries, stems trimmed
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tbsp sugar
Pumpkin Chocolate Cups (P3)

In a food processor, blend up the pecans into a fine meal
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned pumpkin will work too)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp clove
- Stevia or other sweetener to taste
- raw cacao powder (or coco powder)
- Coconut oil

Sprouted Cuban Black Bean Soup

Sprouting boosts protein content and reduces carbs
- 2 cups dry black beans
- Filtered water to cover
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil or grass-fed butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 6 slices bacon, GMO-free, sugar-free, cut in 1/2-inch pieces (optional)
- 3 green onions, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon unprocessed salt or more as needed to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onion (optional)
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
Turtle Pie

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients together and mix well
- 3 eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 deep dish graham cracker pie crust
- Store bought caramel sauce, for drizzling on top.
Oil-free Salad Dressing

Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- Cracked pepper ( 4 grinds)
- Salt
No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Directions Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C. confectioners' sugar
- 1 C. peanut butter
- 1 C. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
Gluten Free Flour Mix 2

Makes 3 cups Mix all ingredients together and use as directed
- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 2/3 cup tapioca starch/flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
Vegetable Broth

Combine all the ingredients in a stockpot and heat at a low boil for approximately 60 minutes
- 1 gallon water
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup winter squash cut into large cubes
- 1 cup root vegetables such as turnips, parsnips and rutabaga cut into large cubes
- 2 cups chopped greens such as kale, parsley, beet greens, collard greens, chard and dandelion
Gooey Pumpkin Pudding Cake

- 1 1/2 cups sorghum flour (180g) (spelt or white flour also work)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp plus 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar or xylitol (100g)
- pinch stevia extract OR 2 extra tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (120g), plus up to 1/4 cup more if needed
- 1 tsp white or apple cider vinegar (5g)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (120g)
- 1/4 cup veg or melted coconut oil (40g)
- 1 1/2 cup water (360g)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar OR coconut sugar (80g)
