Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 (16 ounce) package little smokie sausages
- 1 cup brown sugar, or to taste

Mexican Chicken Lime Soup

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, finely chopped, plus 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 hass avocado, thinly sliced lengthwise into 12 pieces
- Crushed tortilla chips
Homemade Sugar-Free Ketchup

- 2 6-ounce cans tomato paste
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Tbls. prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 4 packets stevia

Crock Pot Pumpkin Pie Steel Cut Oats

Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- optional: 1/2 cup honey or 2 teaspoons vanilla liquid stevia*
Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake

Pudding Cake recipe: If using a crock pot, grease the bowl (mine is a 4-quart), then set aside
- 1 cup spelt, all-purpose, or Bob’s gf flour (130g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (40g)
- 3/4 cup sugar of choice or xylitol (145g)
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder, optional
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (360g)
- 2 tbsp coconut or vegetable oil (20g)
- 2 tbsp more oil, or 2 tbsp applesauce (30g)
- 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (10g)
- 2 cups boiling water (480g)
- pinch pure stevia, or 2 tbsp coconut or brown sugar
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, optional
