- here is a kicking recipe for hummus:
- KAREN’S SPICY ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMUS
- 2 15 OZ. CANS GARBANZO BEANS, DRAINED
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC
- 12 OZ. JAR ROASTED RED BELL PEPPERS
- 1/4 C. FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 3 T. TAHINI
- 1 t. CUMIN
- 1 t. OREGANO LEAVES
- 1/2-1 t. CHIPOLTE CHILI POWDER
- 1/2 t. SEA SALT
- 2 PALMSFUL OF DRIED FLAT LEAF PARSLEY
Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 For the bacon: Cook your bacon until crispy and set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease
- 1 lb of thick cut smoked bacon
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Two Minutes Pumpkin Pie (Paleo)

- 3 tbs of almond meal
- 2 tbs of coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of organic pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
- 1 tbs of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- a dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
