Directions Pour the vinegar, lemon juice, and egg into a blender; Allow to rest for 10 minutes
- 1/2 C. distilled white vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. beaten egg
- 1/3 C. water
- 1/3 C. vegetable oil
- 1/4 C. corn syrup
- 3 Tbs. grated Romano cheese
- 2 Tbs. dry, unflavored pectin
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes

- 2 cups finely shredded unsweetened coconut

Super Simple Sausage Skillet

1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 ounces smoked turkey sausage, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 cup frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 of a small zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 of a medium red sweet pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 wedge red onion, thinly sliced (about 1/3 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup bottled salsa

You can make brown gravy from just about any kind of meat that’s cooked to yield pan drippings
- Hamburger Steaks:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Brown Gravy:
- 2 tablespoons pan drippings
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 3/4 cups beef stock*
- Salt & pepper to taste

Wild Rice, Pork, and Broccoli Cheese Casserole

In a medium sauce pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 2/3 cup wild rice blend
- 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb fresh broccoli, cut into small florettes
- 1 can artichoke hearts, halved (I used leftover artichokes)
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- GLAZE:
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening

No Bake Peach Pie
