- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 10 cups thinly sliced,peeled potatoes, (4 pounds)

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, yeast, and dried onion

- 1 cup almond flour*
- 1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons active, dry yeast (or one individual package)
- 2 tablespoons minced, dehydrated onion
- about a cup of finely chopped, fresh baby dill
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup cottage cheese (preferably full-fat and cultured)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 eggs
- Optional: extra butter to brush the top of the loaf, and coarse salt

- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup virgin coconut oil (solid form), or grass-fed butter
- 1 cup whole sugar (you could easily use less according to taste)
- 2 soy-free eggs
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 cup (generous) unpeeled organic apples, freshly shredded or minced
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped raisins (even if you don't normally prefer raisins, consider adding them, as they really add a lot of depth and flavor to this recipe)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, more to taste

- 1 box Hamburger Helper® three cheese
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups Green Giant® Select® frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 can (15 or 15.5 oz) great northern beans, drained
