  • 3 teaspoons salt, divided
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Progresso ® Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or additional Progresso ® Chicken Broth, optional
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
