- 6 ounces uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1/4 cup butter, divided
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons salt, divided
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup Progresso ® Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons white wine or additional Progresso ® Chicken Broth, optional
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- Paprika
