- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Celery Seed
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
- Prepared Mustard
SHRIMP MOUSSE

1. Heat tomato soup to boiling
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 large and 1 small package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 envelope unflavoured gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 large and 1 small cans of shrimp
HOT AND SOUR SOUP

1. Marinate shredded pork with 1 tsp
- SEASONING:
- 4 oz. lean pork, shredded
- 1/4 cup tofu (bean curd) shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 chinese dried mushrooms, soaked and shredded
- 2 tbsp carrot, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsps ham, cooked and shredded
- 2 tbsps bamboo shoots, shredded
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsps vinegar
- dash pepper
- drops sesame seed oil
- drops chili sauce or tabasco
- 3 tbsps tapioca starch diluted in 1/3 cup water
TANGY FRIED RICE WITH PORK

Combine long grain rice with water in a large saucepan
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 500g ground pork
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cup snow peas, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 2 tsp chili-garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
STEAK AND ALE PIE

Make the pie filling a day ahead - it will taste even better
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 Tbsps all-purpose flour
- 2 cups dark beer (Ale) (1-1/2 bottle of Ale beer)
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 3.3 pounds beef stewing meat or blade roast, cut into cubes
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 pound button or cremini mushroom, cut in half
- 2 Tsp finely grated horseradish root or 1/2 tsp. horseradish sauce
- 1 pound puff pastry or short crust pastry, (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water, for egg wash
PORK CHOPS WITH SALSA

In lightly oiled skillet, brown pork chops on one side, turn, pour 12 oz
- SALSA:
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 bunches of green onions, diced
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- (Best if made 12-24 hours aqhead and left in fridge)
