HOISIN SESAME CRUSTED CHICKEN WINGS

Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl
- 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot Asian-style chili sauce or to taste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- Chicken wings, drumettes or chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
POUND CAKE

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy
- 1 pound butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
BEEF & BROCCOLI

In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons water and garlic powder until smooth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
- 1 ⁄2 cup water, plus
- 2 tablespoons water, divided
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb boneless round steak or 1 lb charcoal chuck steak, cut into thin 3-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, cut into wedges
- 1 ⁄3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- hot cooked rice
PIE CRUST

Mix flour and Crisco in a blender Add 7-Up gradually
- 5 Cups all purpose flour
- 1 lb. Crisco (if you can find, use the butter flavor)
- 1 cup (8 oz.) 7-Up, Ginger Ale or Pepsi
TACO SALAD

Mix hamburger mixture with the above 3 ingredients
- 1 lb. of ground beef, cook till brown and add 1 package of Taco Seasoning and set aside.
- 1 head iceburg lettuce
- Grape tomatoes, halves
- 1 package mozzarella cheese 200 g. (2 cups)
SWEET PUMPKIN STRUDEL

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 sheets frozen phyllo dough (18 by 14 inch rectangles) thawed
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar, or other coarse sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey, for serving
- Whipped cream, for serving, optional
CRUNCHY GARLIC PORK CHOPS

Whisk the eggs and 4 Tbs. water together in a shallow dish
- Glaze:
- 9 pork chops (not too thick, you can use boneless pork loin)
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbs water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Canola or vegetable oil for frying chops
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- dash of cayenne pepper (to your taste)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbs chopped garlic
- 2 Tbs butter
HAWAIIAN MILLIONAIRE PIE

Blend together the cream cheese, lemon juice and condensed milk; gently fold in the whipped topping
- 2 Ready-Made Graham Cracker Crusts
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 Large Container of Cool Whip
- 1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
- 1 8 oz jar Maraschino Cherries (chopped & drained)
- 1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST BAKE

1. Melt butter in microwave and add brown sugar, stir till mixed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 loaf of thickly sliced bread (French loaf unsliced and slice as thick as you want)
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
BACON WRAPPED PINEAPPLE JALAPENOS

Preheat oven to 375. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds with a spoon
- 12 jalapeños
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 24 small spears of pineapple (sized to fit jalapeños)
- 12 slices of uncooked of bacon
