CHEESY CHICKEN BROCCOLI AND TATER TOT BAKE

Heat cream of chicken and cheddar cheese soups with one can of water in saucepan
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 bag 16 oz. frozen broccoli
- 1 lb chicken, cubed
- Shredded cheese of your choice
CARAMEL ROLLS

Melt ice cream, butter and sugars
- 12 Rhodes cinnamon frozen rolls
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
EGG PIE

1. Scald the evaporated milk
- CRUST:
- 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tbsps cold water
- Do the same procedure as when making crust for pies, till it is placed on the pie pan.
- Flute it but do not prick with fork, then brush with slightly beaten egg whites.
- FILLING:
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk (scalded)
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 eggs whole
- 1/4 tsp lemon rind r 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsps melted butter
PINEAPPLE SUNSHINE CAKE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- ICING:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
PORK CHOPS, CABBAGE, POTATO CASSEROLE

Brown pork chops, onions, and seasonings in oil
- 1 1/2 lbs pork chops
- 1 medium onion, coarse chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder...
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of celery soup ( don't substitute)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 head cabbage, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
BEAN AND BEEF BURRITOS

Use small flour tortillas to make mini bean and beef burritos into a finger food
- 1 tablespoon olive il
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper
- 8 8-inch flour tortillas, room temperature
- 1 15-ounce can refried beans
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Salsa, to serve
- Guacamole, to serve
SPINACH BALLS WITH MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE

For the Spinach Balls. Mix all ingredients together and put in refrigerator for 1 hour
- SPINACH BALLS:
- 2 boxes chopped frozen spinach, drained
- 2 cups stuffing mix (Stove Top chicken flavoured)
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup ground mustard (this is about the entire large container found in the spice aisle)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg
BLUEBERRY LEMON CAKE

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix eggs and sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- Juice of 1 lemon, divided
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
AMBROSIA SALAD (1)
