Ingredients
- SALSA:
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 bunches of green onions, diced
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- (Best if made 12-24 hours aqhead and left in fridge)

Preparation
Step 1
In lightly oiled skillet, brown pork chops on one side, turn, pour 12 oz. bottle of salsa or the homemade salsa over chops. Lower heat and cover pan, cook for 10 minutes or until chops are just done and tender. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
