Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy
- 1 package (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups of cold milk
- 2 package (3.4 oz. each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 tub (8 oz) cool whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 48 Nilla Wafers
- 1/2 cup brewed Maxwell House Coffee, cooled, divided
- 2 squares Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate, grated
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
COLESLAW DRESSING

Coleslaw add Spanish onions or red onions
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 squeeze prepared mustard
- 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Parsley flakes
- Garlic powder
- Paprika

- 4 cups dark soy sauce
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup sake or Chinese rice wine (or a combination of both)
- 1 cup Mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
- 2 apples (unpeeled and uncored), thinly sliced
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 10 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 -inch gingerroot, thinly sliced
- 30 black peppercorns
ITALIAN CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

Add to chicken and let simmer for 1 to 3 hours depending on size of chicken pieces
- In a meantime mix:
- In large pot or dutch oven, brown chicken pieces and onions in 1/2 cup oil.
- 1-1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsps ground rosemary (you can add more)
- Salt & Pepper
SPINACH DIP

- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Sup
- 1 can of water chestnuts, chopped and drained

CHICKEN AVOCADO SANDWICHES WITH LIME MAYO

In shallow dish, combine lime juice, oil, salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes; add chicken turning to coat
- LIME MAYO:
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp each salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz/170g each)
- 16 slices sandwich bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp each hot pepper flakes, ground cumin and salt
MUSTARD SAUCE

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsps dry mustard
BACON BROWN SUGAR CHICKEN TENDERS

- 3 whole eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
