Crunchy Tuna Bake

In large saucepan, combine salad dressing, soup mix in flour
- 250 mL miracle whip salad dressing
- 1 pouch of Lipton chicken onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded Kraft
- 250 g spaghetti cooked and drained
- 4 ounce can of sliced washrooms, drained
- 300 gram package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 14 ounce can of tuna
- 1/4 cup chopped Pimental
Five Spiced Pork and Pineapple Raita

1. Oil grill and heat barbecue to medium-high
- 4 bone in pork chops
- 2 teaspoons [5 mL] five spiced powder
- generous pinch of salt
- 4 pineapple slices, preferably fresh
- 2 red peppers, cut into quarters

Southern BBQ Pork on a Bun – Slow Cooker

1. In a saucepan – heat ketchup, chilli sauce, mustard, vinegar, Worshestershire sauce and pepper flakes
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup chilli sauce
- 1/4 c Dijon mustard
- 2 T cider vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 T Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 3.5# boneless pork shoulder butt roast, well trimmed

Beer Ribs

1. In a large bowl combine well the beer, soy sauce, mustard, sugar, onion, and Worchester sour sauce
- 1/3 Cup Dark Beer
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Dijon Style Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Firmly Packed Dark Brown Sugar One Onion, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Worchester Sauce
- 4 pound lean spareribs, trimmed of excess fat and halved crosswise by a butcher

1. Measure 4 cups of flour into a large bowl
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 packages dry Lipton onion soup mix
- 8 g package Fleischmann's quick rise instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
Sweet Potato Soup

1. Coarsely chop onion. 2
- 1 large red or white onion
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- 4 large sweet potatoes, about 2 pounds
- 3 - 10 ounce cans chicken broth and 4 cups water or 8 cups homemade chicken broth
- 2 carrots,
- 2 celery stalks, including leaves
- 2 large very ripe mangoes [optional]
- 2 tablespoons toasted cumin seed [optional]

1. Pour some olive oil into a pan and fry onion until soft
- 400 g bread flour
- 20 g milk powder
- 8 g dry yeast
- 40 g sugar
- 240 ml cold water
- 1 big onion cut into cubes (120g)

- 40 g unsalted butter
- 8 g salt
- 3 strips of bacon (cut into small pieces) - optional

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 can Chinese noodles [5 ounces]
