Kraft Dinner Lasagna

1. Cook Kraft Dinner as per the boxes instructions
- In a large casserole dish layer:
- 1 package Kraft Dinner
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce (I use store bought)
- 2 cups shredded/grated mozzarella cheese
- Cook Kraft Dinner as per the boxes instructions. Drain.
- Brown ground meat in a fry pan. Drain.
- Half the Kraft Dinner
- Cover with half the meat
- Sprinkle with half the cheese, then another 3 layers with
- Half the Kraft Dinner
- Cover with half the meat
- Sprinkle with half the cheese.
- Bake uncovered, at 350’ for 25 – 30 minutes (it may also be microwaved on medium power for 10 minutes, but I bake mine).
- Very good the first day and even better on day 2.
- Freezes well.
Broccoli Cheese Soup [or Cauliflower Cheese]

1. Cooked vegetables in broth until limp
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth [or Knorr Swiss]
- 1 Small Head Cauliflower or One Large Broccoli
- 1/4 Cup Margarine
- 1/2 small Onion, Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Red Thai Curry Paste
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 3 Cups 1% Milk
- 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Easy Corn Chowder

Buffalo Chicken Dip with Celery / Mini Toasts

1. Combine all ingredients except blue cheese crumbles, in an oven safe dish
- 2 c cooked shredded chicken
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1/2 c buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 c blue cheese dressing (used 3 cheese ranch)
- 1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese (used mozzarella)

1. Rinse and drain bok choy and set aside
- 1 head bok choy, sliced, both white and green parts
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger root
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

- 12 little neck clams (shell on)
- 1 lb mussels (shell on or half shell)
