Cheddar Cheese Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line large muffin cups with paper liners or grease well
- Preparation time' 15 minutes
- Baking Time: 20 minutes
- 2 c AP flour
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 227 g pkg cheddar cheese, about 2 c grated
- I cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Apple Butter
- 1 /c c butter, softened
- 1/2 c apple jelly
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Kahlúa Torte - B

1. Mix Kahlúa one part Kahlúa to two parts water
- 750 g bag chocolate chip cookies
- Kahlúa (enough to moisten?)
- Cool Whip [large]
Baked Brie

Place Brie in Baker. 1. Mix jam and Tabasco
- 1/4 c raspberry jam
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1 wheel brie (size of baker)

- Optional - slivered almonds

1. Remove the thin membrane on the back of the ribs
- Make 2 kinds in slow cooker, wrap one in foil well to isolate.
- Ribs, with the membrane removed
- OPTION 1 Lemon and Seasoning Salt or Greek Spice
- OPTION 2 BBQ Keg Sauce
- Slow cooker
- BBQ for finishing
Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake - B

1. Combine crumbs, sugar, belted butter
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate cream wafer crumbs or use 1 cup cream wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Filling:
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- two large eggs
- 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup amaretto
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- Topping:
- 2 ounces semi sweet chocolate
- 1 teaspoon shortening
- whipped cream [optional]
- toasted sliced almonds
Bacon & Spinach Salad - B

In a frying pan, squeeze one half a lemon +2 good shots of Worchester sauce, and two shots of sugar from Shaker
- ½ fresh lemon

Almond Biscotti (Twice Baked)

1. Cream butter and sugar until light
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Anise seed
- 1 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
- milk
- granulated sugar
- Variation
- Omit Anise seeds; add 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, 1 teaspoon lemon zest and 1 teaspoon orange zest; when bake slice each low diagonally and return to oven for 5 to 10 min. to brown.
Broccoli Turkey Supreme

- 4 c cooked turkey
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 10 oz broccoli (I cook it a little in the microwave first)
- 6.9 oz chicken rice mix (not cooked)
- 1 1/3 c milk
- 3/4 c mayo
- 1 c celery, chopped
- 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c onion, chopped
Healthified Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) 98% fat free 45% less sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1 container (8 oz) fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 21/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 8 yellow corn tortillas (6 or 7 inch), torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
- 11/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend (6 oz)
Pasta With Salmon In Rose Cream Sauce (internet)
