Grilled Chicken & Summer Vegetable Skillet

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 red pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 4 cooked Easy Grilled Chicken Breasts, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup Finely Shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend
- 2 green onions, sliced
Lori's Brownies

Blend together butter and sugar
- ICING:
- 2/3 cup softened butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 squares unsweetened chocolate (I suggest ChocoBake by Nestle)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 2/3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 single packets ChocoBake
- 3/4 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk or water to mix
Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings

Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water to cover
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream
- of chicken soup
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 (10 ounce) packages refrigerated
- biscuit dough, torn into pieces
Better than a Snow Day Cake

- 1 package devil's food cake mix
- 1 jar (17 oz) caramel ice cream topping*
- 12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 3 Twix candy bars, coarsely crushed **
- *Warm caramel ice cream topping in microwave before pouring on cake
- **Feel free to substitute any candy bar
Frozen Peanut Butter Turtle Pie

BEAT cream cheese spread, peanut butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted
- 2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares

In the lower pot of a double boiler, add water halfway to top and bring to a boil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (11 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie Babies

HEAT oven to 350ºF. PREPARE brownie batter as directed on package
- 1 pkg. (19 to 21 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 20 maraschino cherries
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy
- TOPPING:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened *
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate morsels
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 ready graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup mini morsels
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- *Soften cream cheese in microwave for 15-20 seconds on high.
Italian Chicken Wraps

In a large saucepan, cook vegetables according to package directions; drain
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen stir-fry vegetable blend
- 2 packages (6 ounces each) ready-to-use grilled chicken breast strips
- 1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 6 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
