Slow Cooker Chicken & Rice

Put rice in crockpot, and water
- 2-3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Chicken flavored Rice (I use Lipton)
- Cream of Chicken Soup
- Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 cup water
- salt

- 1/2 bottle Thousand Island dressing
- 1/2 pound deli sliced corned beef, chopped
- 1/2 cup well strained sauerkraut
- crackers and/or cocktail rye bread
Magic Cookie Bars

Preheat oven to 350° (325° for a glass dish)
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker or other crumbs (vanilla wafer, chocolate wafer, ginger snap cookie, quick-cooking oats)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips (optional)
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Turtle Cake

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease one 9x13 inch pan
- 1 package German Chocolate Cake mix
- 14 oz package caramels, unwrapped
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 (5 oz) can Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Slow Cooker Italian Chicken & Potatoes

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mix basil, oregano, crushed red pepper, and garlic powder to equal same)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
Penne with Chicken

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups (8 ounces) crumbled Feta cheese
- 6 to 8 fresh sage leaves, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and minced fresh parsley
Twice Baked Potatoes

Pierce potatoes and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until tender
- 6 medium baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Shredded cheddar
- Real bacon bits

- 12 candy canes, crushed

Slow Cooker Mexican Dish

Place in order given in your Crock Pot
- 6 corn (or flour) tortillas, torn in pieces
- 1 can Ranch style beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (with juice)
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey with chili powder and garlic powder to taste, browned and drained
- 8 oz. Velveeta, cubed

- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn,

- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
- 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with
- green chilies, undrained
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 3 whole skinless, boneless chicken
- breasts
- shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
