Heat oven to 250°. In 13x9" pan, melt margarine in oven
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups bite-size crispy rice squares
- 2 cups bite-size crispy corn squares
- 2 cups bite-size crispy wheat squares
- 12 oz can salted peanuts
- 1 cup small pretzels
- 1 cup M&M's
Oh So Good Oats

In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring water to a boil
- 3 cups water
- 2 medium tart apples, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- Dash salt
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- Maple syrup and/or fat-free milk, optional
Peanut Butter Cookie Pizza

- roll of sugar cookie dough
- 2 cups chocolate chips

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Spinach Walnut Stuffed Chicken

In a small skillet, saute the onion, mushrooms, celery and garlic in oil until tender
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup ground walnuts
Easy White Chicken Chili

- 1 McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning Packet
- 2 chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cans of chicken broth (reduced sodium)
- 2 cans Navy beans (15 oz), drained
- 1 small can green chilies, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz), drained
"Smore Please" Trifle

This is actually considered a healthy dessert!
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) chocolate cake mix
- 1 can (12 ounces) diet lemon-lime soda
- 2-1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons fat-free milk, divided
- 2 packages (1.4 ounces each) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 10 whole reduced-fat graham crackers, divided
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- Grated chocolate, optional
Greek Chicken Pasta

- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) reduced sodium chicken broth
- 3 cups cubed chicken (I marinated mine in Italian dressing and Montreal Chicken Seasoning)
- 1 jar (7 1/2 oz) marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup (4 oz) crumbed feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped oil-packed sun dried tomatoes
No Bake Peanut Butter Squares

Line square pan with aluminum foil, leaving 1 inch of foil overhanging on opposite sides
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 packages (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Pizza Dip

Mix the first 6 ingredients and put in a 9 inch pie pan
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- pizza sauce
- pepperoni slices (you can use turkey pepperoni)
Pepperoni Roll

Let pizza dough thaw in refrigerator overnight
- 1 frozen pizza dough
- 1 (8 oz) bag of pepperoni
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese (as desired)
- Egg wash (3 eggs, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon parsley flakes)
