Mixed Berry Cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (10 crackers)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- For the filling:
- 2 1/2 pounds cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 5 whole extra-large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 extra-large egg yolks, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- For the topping:
- 1 cup red jelly (not jam) such as currant, raspberry, or strawberry
- 1/2 pint sliced strawberries
- 1/2 pint fresh raspberries
- 1/2 pint fresh blueberries
Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich (Instant Pot)

1, Cut or shred the meat into super thin strips and set aside
- 1 Tbs Butter
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Large Onion (yellow or white)
- 1 Lb. Steak-umms meat
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 Soft Hoagie Rolls
Broccoli Casserole

Betty Stone's Broccoli Casserole
- MT's mom adds:
- 3 packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup (22.5 carbs for the whole can)
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheese grated
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- Topping (Leave this off for those avoiding carbs)
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm dressing
Maine Lobster Roll

Prepare the lobster salad
- 1/2 pound fully cooked lobster meat or 1 (2 1/2 pound) live lobster
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup bottled mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh tarragon (or, 1 tsp dried Tarragon)
- 2 small scallions, thinly sliced
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 4 New England-style hot dog buns
- 4 tbl butter, softened for sread on buns
- 4 tbl butter, melted for poring on meat
- Pickles and potato chips as accompaniment
