French Toast

Best French Toast ever from Key Ingredient
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1'2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 slices of bread
- Butter, for cooking and spreading
- Syrup
Paska (Nans)

Mix yeast cakes, water, and 3 tbl sugar; let stand while measuring out other ingredients
- 6 cups flour, plus 2 cups
- 1 cup sugar, plus 3 tbl for yeast mixture
- 3/4 lb sweet butter (leave out overnight)
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk (scalded)
- small can evaporated milk
- 7 eggs (2 whole eggs & 5 egg yolks (leave out overnight)
- 1 box dark raisins
- 4 yeast cakes
- 1/2 cup warm water
- To make a richer dough, use 1 lb butter and 10 eggs (2 whole eggs and 8 yolks) instead.
SIMPLY SENSATIONAL CHEESECAKE

Combine crumbs, sugar and shortening
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Crisco shortening
- 2 (8-ounce) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 TBLSP lemon juice
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling, chilled
Rotisserie Chicken

Season the inside of the chicken with a pinch of salt
- 1 Whole Chicken (3+ lbs)
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 C. Butter, melted
- 1 TBLSP Salt
- 1 TBLSP Paprika
- 1/4 TBLSP Black Pepper
Hot Fudge Sauce

In a heavy saucepan melt the chocolate with the butter and the corn syrup over moderately low heat
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped finely
- 2 TBLSP butter
- 2 TBLSP light corn syrup
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. LIGHTLY GREASE A LARGE BAKING SHEET AND SET ASIDE
- 3-4 LARGE RUSSET POTATOES, SLICED INTO WEDGES
- 4 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
- 2 TEASPOONS SALT
- 2 TEASPOONS GARLIC POWDER
- 2 TEASPOONS ITALIAN SEASONING
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE
- OPTIONAL: FRESH PARSLEY (OR CILANTRO), RANCH OR BLUE CHEESE DRESSING FOR DIPPING
Reese's Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Peanut butter cheesecake on a brownie crust with reese's peanut butter cups on top
- BROWNIE CRUST:
- 6 Tablespoons Butter, melted plus 1 T. butter to grease pan
- 1-1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
- 6 whole Peanut Butter Cups, Cut Into Quarters
- CHEESECAKE:
- 2 pounds Cream Cheese, Soft
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
- 1 cup creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 7 Peanut Butter Cups, Cut In Half
TROPICAL FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Put all ingredients into a blender, Blend until smooth
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 papaya
- 3 ounces non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice (I used apple sauce - it probably made it a little thicker)
- 1 cup ice
Cilantro Grilled Chicken Breast

Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat
- Cilantro Butter:
- 1 pound (2 large breasts) boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro Herb Butter, recipe follows
- Fresh parsley, optional, for garnish
- Scampi Butter, recipe follows
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Follow the scampi butter recipe, but use only half of the garlic, and replace the parsley with the 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro.
- Yield: 12 servings
- Scampi Butter (Base):
- 1/4 pound unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Dash white pepper
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced
