Cherry Ribbon Salad

* Prep: 10 min. + chilling * In a large bowl, dissolve cherry gelatin in 1-1/4 cups boiling water
- 1 * 1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
- 2-1/4 * 2-1/4 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 * 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
- 1 * 1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
- 1 * 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 * 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup chopped pecans, optional
Pizza Italian Sausage and Pepper

- ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS:
- 1/3 cup Crisco® Light Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 pound hot Italian sausage links
- 1 large sweet red pepper, halved
- 1/2 large red onion, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 prebaked Italian bread shell crusts (14 ounces each)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes, halved, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Caprese Chicken (With Bacon)

Optionss: Serve with hot buttered noodles, salad, mashed potatoes, asparagus, green beans
- (8 bacon strips) - optional
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- (can marinade chicken in Italian salad dressing with extra Italian seasoning and McCormick's Montreal chicken seasoning)
- garlic
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 6 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced (or use pesto)
- 4 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 T balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze to drizzle over top

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large kettle over medium heat
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/4-1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)

Hot N’ Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Turn on oven to 350 degrees
- 4-5 cloves of roasted garlic
- 1 package of frozen spinach, defrosted and well drained
- 1 can of artichokes, chopped up
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/3 cup of shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp of pepper

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- FILLING:
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup flaked coconut, toasted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Bird's custard powder or instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons half-and-half cream
- TOPPING:
- 1 ounce white baking chocolate, melted

If using active dry yeast, dissolve yeast in water
- Filling:
- 2 TBS active dry yeast (or fast acting, instant yeast)
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup powdered milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 1/2 – 6 cups white flour (or bread flour), approximately
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons softened butter
- pecans, raisins (optional)
Rhubarb Bar Cookies
