Sour Cream Peach Kuchen

Tomato Basil Soup (like Applebee's)

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and then add onion and garlic
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ⁄2 cup minced white onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 ⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1 ⁄3 cup minced fresh basil (I used the squeeze basil found in the produce section)
- 1 ⁄3 cup granulated sugar (probably use less or sub diced carrots)
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- GARNISH
- seasoned croutons
- parmesan cheese
Salted Chocolate Milk

Make the chocolate syrup: Combine the sugar and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups cold milk
- Kosher salt
Mexican Rice

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat and add green pepper, onion and garlic to soften
- 3 T oil
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 cups chicken broth
Chocolate Toffee Flan Cakes

Bake cake in flan pans and cool
- 2 chocolate or devil's food flan layers
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream
- 2 T milk
- 1 oz baking chocolate, melted
- 4 cups cool whip
- 1 cup toffee bits
Strawberry Pizza

- Sugar cookie mix - baked on pizza pan
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 T light corn syrup
- 3-4 T jello
Pizza Rolls

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Pizza crust
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup pizza sauce
Giant Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Note-if you don't have a muffin top pan, just make extra large cookies
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose Gold Medal flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 tablespoons Nutella (1 tablespoon per cookie)
- Sea salt, for sprinkling on top of cookies
Grilled Pork Chops

- 1/2 * 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 * 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 * 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
Soup tips

To make potato soup more quickly, use frozen country-style hash browns instead of peeling fresh ones
- If soup calls for potatoes, rice, or pasta, don't freeze with it. (Potatoes become mushy, and the rice and pasta absorb too much liquid.)
