Blueberry Oatmeal Bread

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly butter and dust with flour
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups flour, plus 1 tablespoon
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup oats
Kebabs - Beef with Peanut Dipping Sauce

In a shallow dish, combine 1/2 the soy sauce, 1 T brown sugar, 1 T sugar, and 1/2 the garlic
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar (or granulated brown sugar substitute)
- 2 T sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, 1 1/2" thick, cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 cup creamy unsweetened natural peanut butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 T lime juice
- 1 T finely chopped ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges

Stir fry the chicken. Add ingredients through hot pepper sauce
- 1 chicken breast, cut up
- 1 T sesame seed
- 1 T plum jelly or hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 5 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 T water or chicken stock

- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
